Introducing the Noble Hardware Single Rack System for Trailers

Simple to use, modular, fully adjustable:

These slings allow you to safely and securely transport your singles on a large shell trailer.

Easily mount singles either on top of a rack or inverted below another shell.

Slings can be moved and re-arranged according to your load requirements.

 

Preparation: Unistrut framing is permanently mounted to each rack of the trailer.

The framing can be secured by:

• Welding
• Bolting
• Structural Rivets

This retrofit is simple and can be performed by Noble Hardware, or is manageable for most boatmen or trailer repair centers.

Installation of Individual Slings:

Using the included knobs and hardware, the sling is then attached to the trailer rack.

The slings may be placed anywhere along the rack and either facing upwards or downwards. The racks are easy to customize for each trip.

 

 

Boat Attachment:

The single hull is then strapped in using standard webbing straps.

The vinyl sling offers a cushioned and supportive surface.

 

Standard Sling Construction:

The sling frames are welded steel and are yellow zinc plated for corrosion resistance. (The slings in the picture are painted metallic grey)

Outdoor grade UV-resistant vinyl tubing is used for the sling.

With proper care, these slings should last for years.
